Either way, I'm honored you're considering me to capture one of the most important days of your life. I know it can be EXTREMELY overwhelming to plan a wedding, so outside of taking beautiful photographs for you, I'm also here to be a friend and help you through all of the crazy that comes with planning!

So what's next?

First things first, once I receive your contact form (located at the bottom of this page), I'll reach out with if I'm available for your date or not. If I have your date available, I'll reply with additional info and we'll set up a time to chat over the phone to go over all the details!

Next, I'll send over my contract and invoice to secure your date. A $750 non-refundable retainer is due at booking.

Then, IT'S OFFICIAL. You've checked another thing off of your wedding planning to-do list! At this time, we'll also set up your engagement or boudoir session.

As your wedding date gets closer, we will set up another phone call (or email) to go over your timeline to make sure everything is perfectly spaced to allow the day to go as smoothly as possible.

If at ANY time you need to reach out or have more questions, I am absolutely happy to help in anyway that I can and will do so in a timely manner. Wedding planning is stressful and as your photographer, I will be here for you!

FAQ

What is your backup process like?

It's anyones worst nightmare (for both photographer and bride/groom alike) to lose your wedding photos. While it is always possible, I take all necessary precautions to make sure your photos are safe from the time they're taken to when they're stored. I use cameras with dual card slots which means if one card were to fail or malfunction, there would be a duplicate copy on my backup card. I back up your photos to two external hard drives, one solid state drive, and the sd cards from your day are not erased until after the gallery has been delivered.

In simple terms, I keep your photos in FOUR separate spots until the final gallery is back to you!

What is your shooting style?

Don't get me wrong, I love candid photos just a much as anyone else, but I also know some people need more direction! I will capture your day naturally as it happens, but will also step in an give as much guidance and direction as needed. No need to worry about standing there looking awkward not knowing what the heck to do with your hands or your faces, I got you!

How many photos will I get back?

I guarantee an absolute minimum of 50 photos per hour of coverage.. but regularly deliver far more.

Do you carry backup equipment?

I have three cameras, two that I shoot with for weddings and a back up body just in case! I also have multiple lenses.

Do you travel outside of southwest Michigan for weddings?

I absolutely do! Up to 100 miles of travel is included for your wedding day, and up to 30 miles is included for your engagement session. Any location outside of this range from 49055 will be $1.50 per mile one way. If your venue is more than 3 hours away, a single night lodging fee will also be added.
